1) We don't see any other similar products with so intesting itinerary (Mt Fuji 5th Station, Shirakawago village, double world herritages etc) and so attracting price, maybe this is the only one or among the very few, why ?
A: Inbound to Japan is still young, growing fast but we have few product designers, especially for SIC overland tours in Japan. Our price is attractive because we are using SIC coach for transfer, not by Shinkansen Bullet train etc.
After Covid,
Activities improved a lot on quantity, quality and price.
Day tours (1day tours), starts to have many challangers, need to be more careful to choose, prices can be very attrative but services and quality might be compromised, start to have bad cases happening frequently, choose the correct brands and suppliers is very important.

2) What is your Bus Routes ?
A: Our Golden Route main core routes :
4 Buses (1,2,3,4), departing daily, passagers can join from 1pax onwards.
Can have many days, Hop on and off & stay overnight(s) untill final destination.

3) What are the distance to major overnight cities ? (Without passing by sight seeing site)

4) Will the same SIC bus be used throughout the journey, or does it change for each segment?
A: Please refer to our : Our Golden Route main core routes If pax is taking any route : 1,2,3,4 in one day, same bus,

5) Are airport transfers shared with others? What is the average waiting or travel time?
A: Share transfer (SIC) average waiting time is less than 30mins, when we match flights, maximum ETA differencers are 60mins or less. But ETA are not accurate, chances for more than 60mins waiting time is less than 1percent (NOT zero). We have chartered, private and Grand Airport Transfer too. ( We have airport meet and greet service to add on if needed, an optional component for agent to sell. )
Travelling time :
Haneda (HND) to Tokyo City : 40 - 60 mins.
Kansai (KIX) to Osaka City : 60 to 80mins

7) Is the package price the same for all nationalities?
A: Yes, hotels and other suppliers agree to offer same rate for all nationalities at this moment to support this RIJ project. (reply on 23Jun2025, / 506231.1805) |

8) Are the hotels within walking distance of the pick-up points?
A: We try to arrange this but not all cities are easy, at this moment, Takayama have many hotels nearby pick up points, if guests need to take taxi, will not be too far away for most hotels. Guests can also book Cherry Tomato Transfer to / from hotel. (reply on 23Jun2025, / 506231.1810) |

9) Can I add an additional day at Lake Kawaguchiko?
A: Yes, adding more days at all cities (Tokyo, Lake Kawaguchiko, Takayama, Kanazawa, Osaka) are welcome. Reducing number of days are also welcome.

10) Is the tour suitable for the elderly, or families with young children?
A: Lake Kawaguchi to Takayama and Kanazawa to Osaka are both more than 200km, please expect long driving hour, small kids before attending school may interupt other passangers. For very elder guests like 75 and above, please discuss with us before booking. (reply on 23Jun2025, / 506231.1820) |

11) Are there any physical activity requirements, such as long walks or climbing stairs?
A: No, but some optional tours adding on to the package may be challanging, please check itineraries carefully.

12) Is wheelchair access available?
A: Yes, accessable, but no suitable because of the timing itenerary, for wheelchair guests, please discuss with us before booking.

13) Are there any admission fees the guests will need to pay locally, or can they be prepaid?
A: For present itinerary, no admission fee to be collect. (For optional tours, please check itinerary carefully.)

14) Do I need to bring cash, or are credit cards accepted at most of the places we'll visit?
A: Small notes (maybe Yen 5,000.- or less) and some coins (maybe Yen 1,000.- or less) is recommended, good if can have Welcome Suica together too for payments in small amount.)

15) Where is the meeting point for the SIC Tour?
A: Please check meeting point for each and every tour. We will give details for each and every tour with emergency contact etc …
Guests can also book Cherry Tomato Transfer to / from hotel to the meeting point to avoid delay / no show etc.

16) How will we know the exact meeting point? Will there be any signs, such as a tour flag, to help identify it?
A: Will give details for each and every tour on meeting points etc.

17) We are new to the city, how long will the tour Bus wait for us if we are lost or late ?
A: All passangers are new to the city, and normally the Bus stop are for our Bus to stop only for 5 to 10minutes untill the departure time, Bus need to leave exactly on the departure time (as next Bus will come in Ad per schedule).
We propose all passangers to arrive 15minutes or more before the tour departure time.
For SIC Tour, we cannot afford to wait, if you are late, will be very costly for you to transfer on your own.
We have Cherry Tomato Transfer service to pick up point if necessary (optional).

18) May I know if it’s possible to request lunch on Day 3? If so, what type of lunch is provided—Japanese, vegetarian, halal, or Western?
A: Meals are not included but we will offer optional add-on for meals.
( Please take note group meals arrangments are a lot more expensive than meals purchased casually on guests own choice individually. )

19) Can I join the SIC tour if I’m staying in Kanazawa? My hotel is near Kanazawa Station. What would the rate be?
A: Yes, not only Kanazawa, but also Takayama, Lake Kawaguchiko, Kyoto, Tokyo, Osaka etc, Japan starts to have more and more optional tours especially activities at major cities but some are for domestic market, we will be announcing more optional tours suitable for this Golden Route packages.

20) If the tour ends at the meeting point, can I book Cherry Tomato immediately afterward?
A: Yes, we have optional Cherry Tomato transfer for both meeting points and drop off points.

21) The hotels do not include meals. Is it possible to request a full board option?
A: Possible but need to check itinerary carefully, if pick up time is early, guests may need to give up meals with no refund. Dinner arrangements is possible for most of the hotels.

22) Are bookings confirmed immediately upon reservation?
A: No, but should be able to confirm within 24hours (working days). Please book early, last minute bookings are welcome but coach company stop bookings about 12days before the service date.

23) If I buy the package but am unable to continue halfway through, for example on Day 3, can I get a partial refund?
A: Please check “terms and conditions. amendment and cancellation policy” carefully for each and every tour, strict conditions apply.
After the tour starts, there will be no refund.
