Vehicle Departure time from train/bus station
* Driver will wait at meeting point 10minutes after train arrive, you may need to wait for the verhicle as most train stations do not allow drivers to wait but we will try our best.

Departure time (pick up time) to train/bus station
* Will send all guests departure notice at least 1 day before the pick up date, by fax or e-mail or SNS
<If you wish to decide your own pick up time, do tell us upon making reservation.>
<Not like taking flights, you do not need to arrive 3hours before train departure.>

Baggage
*When you book your train seats > many trains need you to book seats with Big Luggage or you may get penalty when you are on board. One piece of checked in baggage, One piece of hand carry baggage
(Baggage size -approximately 70cm high, 47cm wide and 21cm deep)
*Tell us upon booking if you have additional baggage (Chargeble)

*For certain Serviced Apartments & Hotels with narrow streets, guests will be dropped off at main street or nearby landmark (even when its raining or snowing). Decision will be made by driver or transport’s company. For Serviced Apartment’s transfer, submission of accommodation Service Voucher with Confirmation Number, host’s contact number, full address and location map are required. We will not be able to provide transfer in the event these details are not furnished even if payment has been received. To serve you better, please advise us all passenger’s contact details i.e. mobile number, SNS (WhatsAPP, LINE, etc) and email.
