* Driver will wait at meeting point 2hours (120minutes) after Cruise arrive, Maximum waiting time is 100minutes. <If you wish to fix your own pick up time, please do tell us upon booking, for this case, please do not use Cruise Schedule arrival time as Cruise will change this ETA many many times without annoucement, please tell us ‘How many hours’ after the cruise arrive. Normally, you need more than 120 minutes to come out after the arrival >

*For certain Serviced Apartments & Hotels with narrow streets, guests will be dropped off at main street or nearby landmark (even when its raining or snowing). Decision will be made by driver or transport’s company. For Serviced Apartment’s transfer, submission of accommodation Service Voucher with Confirmation Number, host’s contact number, full address and location map are required. We will not be able to provide transfer in the event these details are not furnished even if payment has been received. To serve you better, please advise us all passenger’s contact details i.e. mobile number, SNS (WhatsAPP, LINE, etc) and email.
