The tour is available for parties of 2 or more.
The tour includes the canoe rental, guide fee, a life jacket, and insurance.
Meeting Point:
Meet at Canoa Lake Shikotsu Guide House (tel: 0123-25-2430; address: Bangaichi, Lake Shikotsu Hot Spring Chitose City, Hokkaido). Transportation is by your own vehicle (45 minutes from New Chitose Airport by car, 30 minutes from Tomakomai by car). Please drive toward Lake Shikotsu Hot Spring Resort, located on the north-east side of the lake, and park at the public parking lot (free parking during winter).
Schedule: 10:00~11:30 or 13:00~14:30 or 15:00~16:30 (April, May, October only) or 15:30~16:30 (June~September only)
Description
Cancellation Fee:
1.100% fee for cancellations after 17:00 on the day before the tour.
2. 50% fee for cancellations before 17:00 on the day before the tour.
3. No fee for cancellations before 17:00 two days or more before the tour.
FAQ
What should I wear for the tour?
Lake Shikotsu can be cold. Please bring warm gloves, warm headwear which covers your ears, a down jacket, warm pants and heating pads.
